SEA & Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established marketing agency in the Hamburg metropolitan region that specializes in B2B communications for technical and industrial clients. Our talent team is seeking an experienced SEA & Performance Marketing Manager to join their performance marketing division in Buchholz in der Nordheide.

This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse industrial clients, developing and managing performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on search engine advertising and programmatic solutions. You'll be a strategic partner to clients throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning through optimization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to clients on performance marketing initiatives and lead the conception, planning, and management of campaigns with emphasis on SEA (Google Ads) and programmatic advertising
• Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify optimization opportunities, derive actionable recommendations, and continuously improve campaign performance
• Monitor and control campaign data, budgets, and relevant KPIs to ensure efficient achievement of defined campaign objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign process, presenting results and insights through clear reporting and collaboratively developing sustainable performance marketing strategies

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training or degree in marketing
• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA and hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Enthusiasm for technical topics in B2B environments and enjoyment in providing individualized consulting to diverse clients
• Analytical thinking, strong affinity for numbers, and a structured, self-directed working style
• Open and positive personality with the ability to convince various stakeholders in both German and English
