Working Student – Solution Management (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace technology organization in their search for a Working Student to join their Solution Management function. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student to gain hands-on experience in solution architecture and customer solutions delivery within the defense sector.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer support to develop integrated solutions that meet operational requirements. You will help structure customer needs, maintain solution documentation, and coordinate activities across stakeholder groups.

Location: Gilching, Germany

Employment Type: Working Student (Part-time)

Responsibilities

• Support development of operational concepts for customer solutions and presentations
• Research and document customer requirements, operational challenges, and relevant technologies
• Maintain solution content libraries and internal knowledge repositories
• Coordinate activities for existing customer accounts as a central point of contact
• Track customer requests and follow-up actions across product, sales, and support teams
• Assist with planning and coordination of customer workshops and meetings
• Prepare presentations and decision documentation

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university (technical, engineering, or business-related programs beneficial but not required)
• Interest in defense applications, unmanned systems, and integrated solutions
• Strong ability to structure complex information into clear, actionable outputs
• Independent and reliable working style with excellent attention to detail
• Communicative and comfortable coordinating across different teams
• Very good German and English communication skills required
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, or Jira is a plus
