Working Student – Solution Management (m/f/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential defense technology company in Bavaria, Germany. We're seeking a Working Student to support solution management activities for unmanned aerial systems serving defense and security customers.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer support to help translate operational requirements into structured solution concepts. You'll gain practical experience in solution architecture, customer relationship coordination, and support service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support development of operational concepts for customer solutions and client presentations
• Research and document customer requirements, operational challenges, and relevant technologies
• Help maintain internal solution libraries and reusable content repositories
• Coordinate activities and communications for existing customer accounts
• Track customer requests and internal follow-ups across product, sales, and support teams
• Assist with workshop and customer meeting coordination
• Prepare presentations and decision-support materials

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university (technical, engineering, or business-related degree beneficial but not required)
• Interest in defense applications and unmanned systems technology
• Strong analytical skills with ability to structure complex information into clear outputs
• Independent, reliable work style with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable coordinating across different functional teams
• Very good communication skills in both German and English
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, or Jira is a plus
