We are representing a confidential energy-technology client in Berlin. You will build and lead their partnership function, earning the trust of manufacturers, installers, and emerging players in the renewable energy ecosystem.
- Identify and evaluate potential lighthouse partners—companies with innovative products, proven demand, and loyal customer bases
- Lead the full sales cycle and high-stakes negotiations with global businesses, including publicly listed organizations
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with clear priorities and next steps for every opportunity
- Develop a repeatable go-to-market playbook while delivering exceptional partner experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner success teams to shape product direction and growth strategy
- Monitor market trends and evolving partner needs to stay ahead of industry shifts
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record closing partnerships and complex B2B or B2B2C deals
- Ability to understand decision-maker motivations, build convincing business cases, and negotiate win-win terms
- Strong interpersonal skills—you put people at ease, listen actively, and notice the details that matter
- Fluent in both German and English, comfortable leading negotiations in either language
- Strategic thinking paired with execution excellence
