Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consumer products organization seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation based in London. This senior individual contributor role will drive the global execution of high-priority growth initiatives across new markets, channels, and commercial models.

You will lead strategic growth execution including geographic expansion, new market entry, channel expansion, direct-to-consumer growth, and social commerce opportunities. Your core responsibilities include translating strategic priorities into integrated execution plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics. You'll build partnerships across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Analytics, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Experience functions.

Leading cross-functional teams from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale is central to this position. You'll develop and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, user adoption, and realization of business benefits. Coordinating activities across teams, driving accountability, removing barriers, and communicating progress and recommendations to executive leadership are daily activities.

You'll establish program governance and business performance frameworks, including integrated project plans, executive dashboards, and performance metrics. Building business cases, monitoring initiative performance, and leading post-launch reviews to evaluate impact and identify continuous improvement opportunities round out your portfolio.

A critical aspect involves transformation and operating-model enablement—standing up repeatable playbooks, standardized processes, and scalable best practices that allow new markets, channels, and categories to launch faster. You'll diagnose structural, process, and capability gaps that impede expansion and design operating-model changes that sustain impact beyond individual initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Experience Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, program leadership, commercial execution, or related disciplines
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results
• Experience executing market expansion, channel expansion, commercialization, or enterprise growth initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled initiatives, including evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of solutions that create measurable business value
• Experience working with executive leaders and influencing decisions across complex matrix organizations
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
