About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial distribution company in Gersthofen for an Apprenticeship in E-Commerce Management (Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/Kauffrau für E-Commerce). This is a three-year vocational training program that combines hands-on business experience with formal education through the dual German apprenticeship system.

Our client offers structured development through rotation across key departments, regular team events with apprentices from multiple locations, and strong prospects for permanent employment upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

During your apprenticeship, you will:

• Evaluate, select, and implement e-commerce sales channels
• Design and manage online product and service assortments
• Apply project-oriented workflows specific to e-commerce operations
• Handle customer communication across digital platforms
• Use data-driven metrics for commercial management in e-commerce
• Prepare and execute online marketing campaigns
• Initiate and process online sales contracts for goods and services
• Rotate through purchasing, sales, marketing, and IT departments to gain comprehensive business knowledge

Vocational School: Classes take place at the Berufsschule in Lauingen as part of the dual training model.

• Comfort working with numbers and data analysis
• Genuine interest in online marketplaces and how they operate

• Motivation to learn and develop professionally over three years
