Sales Representative (m/w/d) für Designermöbel Showroom

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the circular economy and sustainable interior design space. This is a dynamic sales role focused on high-end designer furniture, combining showroom consultation with digital lead management. You'll play a central part in guiding customers from initial inquiry to purchase, working both face-to-face and remotely.

This position is based in Cologne, with Saturday as the strongest sales day. You'll receive a fixed weekday off in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Active sales and consultation of high-quality pre-owned designer furniture in the showroom
• Customer advisory via phone, email, and video call
• Lead qualification, prioritization, and follow-up of incoming inquiries
• Managing the complete sales process for your leads with focus on conversion and revenue
• Serving as the key sales interface between online inquiries and the showroom team
• Maintaining leads, customer data, and sales opportunities in CRM systems
• Ensuring a transparent and reliable sales pipeline
• Working with digital tools and ticket systems (e.g., Zendesk)
• Close collaboration with the sales team on appointment coordination and joint target achievement

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a sales environment (inside sales, cold calling, door-to-door, sales assistant, customer service with sales focus, or similar)
• Genuine enthusiasm for active selling and measurable results
• Structured, independent working style, even with high inquiry volumes
• Confident use of PC, digital tools, and standard office applications
• Professional, reliable demeanor in customer contact
• Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
• Strong interest in interior design and premium designer furniture
