About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential B2B software organization in Berlin that is seeking a talented Media Designer to join their creative team. Our client develops enterprise solutions and serves a substantial client base across Europe. This is a full-time position based at their Berlin headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop presentations, brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and trade show concepts aligned with corporate identity guidelines while contributing creative ideas
- Maintain the corporate design manual and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Create mockups for company website evolution and blog content
- Research product and company information to support design projects
- Prepare final print-ready files for external service providers
- Create and edit photos, screenshots, icons, and business graphics for various output media
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as a Media Designer (Mediengestalter) or comparable qualification with good to very good results
- Professional experience in graphic design, typography, and layout
- Very good German language skills (C1 level) and good English proficiency
- Affinity for software and B2B communication
- Strong photography skills and confident camera handling
- Expertise in image editing and photo retouching
- Proficient use of MS Office, Affinity, Canva, and Lightroom
- Knowledge of TYPO3, DaVinci, and Blender is advantageous
- Strong independence, communication skills, and team collaboration abilities
