Customer Success Manager (all levels)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential GovTech organization based in Munich that is entering an exciting growth phase. Our client develops AI-powered solutions for the public sector, focusing on accessibility and process transparency. Their talent team has engaged Get A Job.ai to help them build out their Go-To-Market function with a Customer Success Manager who can take ownership and drive impact.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a startup environment where you'll shape customer relationships from the ground up. Depending on your experience level, you may join as a Junior Customer Success Manager or in a more senior capacity.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the VP Revenue and take ownership of key customer success areas, including:

• Managing customer onboarding processes and ensuring smooth product adoption
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the public sector
• Providing both technical and functional customer support
• Managing the customer lifecycle, including renewals and churn prevention
• Testing, measuring, and improving customer engagement strategies using a Build-Measure-Learn approach

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine willingness to take ownership without constant direction
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving with ability to test, iterate, and improve processes
• Strong communication skills with ability to inspire confidence in sensitive organizational environments
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Commitment to contributing significantly in a fast-paced startup setting

This is not a role where you'll have a senior sales leader walking you through each step. You'll have direct access to founders and rapid decision-making, but you'll need to bring initiative and independent problem-solving capabilities.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and will be commensurate with experience level (Junior vs. experienced CSM track).
