About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional services firm in Regensburg seeking a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager for audit services. Our client is an established practice with a broad client portfolio and strong regional presence in Bavaria.

This role offers flexibility to work at client sites, in the office, or remotely, with exposure to diverse audit engagements ranging from annual financial statements to specialized advisory projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of annual and consolidated financial statements at client locations, in the office, or from home
• Manage ongoing audit engagements with flexibility in work location
• Execute special assignments including internal control systems, risk management systems, IFRS work, and accounting advisory
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across audit and advisory services
• Work independently while maintaining strong team communication

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or related field with relevant coursework
• Initial professional experience in auditing or financial services
• Strong affinity for numbers and technology systems
• Quick learner with excellent comprehension skills
• Communicative, motivated, and engaged professional approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
• Enthusiasm for challenges and achieving shared goals
• German language proficiency required for this position
