Werkstudent Online Marketing (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital health organization seeking a working student to support their online marketing team. In this role, you will:

• Provide diverse support across various marketing disciplines and contribute to day-to-day operations
• Actively participate in social media and content marketing initiatives, from ideation through execution of posts and video content
• Appear on camera, conduct interviews with medical professionals, and capture content at industry conferences
• Gain hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and search engine optimization (SEO/GEO)
• Take ownership of organizational tasks and provide operational support to the marketing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on various projects
• Apply new learnings directly in practical scenarios with opportunities for rapid skill development

What We're Looking For

• Students currently enrolled at a German university with availability for a working student position
• Passion for content creation with excellent writing skills in German
• Strong interest in current social media trends and platforms
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and metrics
• Fluent German communication skills; good English proficiency
• Comfortable presenting on camera and interacting professionally with medical professionals
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Presentations) and willingness to learn new tools
• Some experience with AI applications
• Structured work approach with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team player mentality with exceptional learning agility and motivation for continuous development
• Previous marketing experience is welcome but not required
