Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student to support client-facing operations and advisory processes. This is a remote, performance-oriented role designed for university students who want meaningful responsibility and professional development beyond a typical part-time job.

In your initial weeks, you will focus on:

• Building and maintaining a client appointment pipeline through telephone outreach, networking, and provided leads
• Learning standardized conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, and documentation standards
• Working with key performance indicators, receiving structured feedback, and systematically improving your results

As you progress, your responsibilities will expand to include:

• Supporting client situation analysis and preparing structured advisory materials
• Participating in client conversations and conducting follow-up communications
• Maintaining process discipline through consistent documentation and record-keeping
• Collaborating closely with a performance-driven team and taking ownership of assigned work packages

What We're Looking For

Must have:

• Currently enrolled at a university or Fachhochschule in Germany
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken (required for training, team communication, and potential professional certification pathways)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment to follow-through
• Self-starting attitude and structured approach to work
• Motivation to work in a results-oriented environment with measurable performance goals

Ideal background:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive environments (athletics, performance-based activities)

This role is not suitable if you:

• Seek a traditional "few hours on the side" student job with minimal responsibility
• Prefer to avoid telephone-based client contact or appointment scheduling
• Do not meet the C1 German language requirement
• Prioritize predictable security over professional growth and development
