Business Operations / Project Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential ad technology organization seeking an experienced Business Operations / Project Manager to join their fully remote team in Malaysia. Our client is a global leader in digital advertising solutions, serving a large publisher network with proprietary technology and optimization strategies.

This role is ideal for a systems-driven operator who thrives on transforming informal workflows into structured, scalable operational systems. You'll serve as the connective layer across departments, driving process improvement, SOP governance, and end-to-end operational enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the process landscape, managing the process vault and ensuring every SOP is owned, governed, and adopted
• Own and maintain internal project management tracking systems, ensuring all projects, tasks, and tickets are visible and actioned across the organization
• Support product release processes by structuring the operational side of launches and enabling teams ahead of go-live dates
• Act as operational bridge across business lines and enterprise client workflows, surfacing blockers and coordinating data and documentation needs
• Manage data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting for departmental initiatives, building structured and scalable models others can use reliably
• Partner directly with Product and executive leadership to establish organization-wide standards for accountability and visibility
• Drive adoption of project management systems beyond individual departments, building foundations for company-wide implementation
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate documentation and continuously optimize reporting systems

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in process management, project management, or business operations roles
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with ability to define ownership, standardize steps, and build operational scaffolding
• Experience with ad technology, SaaS, or high-data-volume environments preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus
• Advanced spreadsheet skills including formulas, structured data management, and dashboard maintenance
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance workflow and documentation processes
• Comfort working with ambiguous workstreams and establishing clear ownership and repeatable processes
• Direct communication style with ability to flag problems early and clearly
• Data-fluent with ability to pull, clean, and structure information without hand-holding
• Understanding of the difference between owning a process and executing tasks within it
