About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential dental technology organization seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive sales growth within an assigned geographic territory. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with dental clinics and laboratories while promoting advanced implant systems and dental solutions. You'll work directly with clinicians and dental professionals to expand market presence and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Analyze sales trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and converting new prospects
• Engage with key opinion leaders and influential clinicians to expand market share
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM documentation to ensure complete territory visibility
• Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence to leadership
• Stay current on product knowledge, clinical studies, and industry developments
• Manage territory expenses within allocated budget parameters
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and company meetings as required
• Support educational programs when territory customers are attending
• Complete administrative tasks and reporting in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• 8-10+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience in dental implants or equivalent direct competition, OR minimum 4 years in medical device sales
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred
• Proven ability to understand and communicate highly technical product and clinical information
• Demonstrated professional sales skills with a track record of exceeding targets
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the United States

Pay

The target compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually, plus performance bonus potential and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match. Actual compensation depends on experience, location, and qualifications.
