About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential HR technology organization in their search for a Project Manager II. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States, offering the chance to lead mid-sized customer implementation projects from start to finish.
In this role, you'll own the delivery of multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle while coordinating cross-functional internal resources.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects, developing comprehensive project plans and coordinating cross-functional resources
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process
- Identify project risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
- Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders—both internal teams and client contacts
- Track and report on project health, budget, and timelines while contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team
- Help maintain organizational security and compliance controls within your role
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is preferred
- Demonstrated success leading customer-facing projects with strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities paired with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Problem-solver who anticipates risks and drives solutions proactively
- Confident communicator across both technical and business audiences
- Flexibility and effectiveness in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with HR technology or leave management solutions is preferred but not required
