Country Manager Swizerland

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential business services organization with strong operations across the DACH region. Our client works within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and is looking for a senior Country Manager to build and scale their presence in Switzerland.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who thrives on building markets from the ground up. You'll own the full commercial cycle—from identifying and recruiting new Microsoft Dynamics partners to developing long-term strategic relationships that drive revenue growth.

You'll report to the Regional Lead DACH and collaborate closely with teams across Germany and Austria. While existing Swiss relationships are managed by Partner Success personnel, your primary focus will be new business acquisition and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial growth and revenue performance across the Swiss market
• Recruit new Microsoft Dynamics partners and convert them into long-term customers
• Build and manage relationships with key decision makers throughout the Swiss Dynamics ecosystem
• Expand existing partner relationships by introducing additional service offerings
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Switzerland
• Build a robust new business pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding
• Represent the organization at Microsoft partner meetings and industry events
• Manage your own local commercial and marketing budget to support growth initiatives
• Build and coach a small team of Partner Success Managers as the market scales

What We're Looking For

• Senior commercial experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem in a business development or partner-facing role
• Strong Dynamics 365 knowledge and deep understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape
• Proven track record in new business development, partner recruitment, or building markets from scratch
• Strong hunter mentality combined with the ability to nurture long-term strategic relationships
• Experience engaging with senior decision makers and commercially owning a market or region
• Ability to build and coach a small team of approximately three to five people
• Knowledge of the Swiss Dynamics market and existing local network are strong advantages
• Fluent German and English required
• Based in Switzerland, Germany, or Austria with the ability to be regularly present in the Swiss market

This is a remote role, but regular face-to-face partner meetings in Switzerland are expected approximately two to four times per month.
