Sr. Manager, Customer Success (UK)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential marketing analytics organization seeking a Sr. Manager, Customer Success based in the United Kingdom. This senior role involves leading high-impact, executive-level client engagements across a portfolio of major brands, owning the delivery and strategic application of sophisticated measurement frameworks.

As a senior leader, you will serve as the primary account leader and trusted advisor, bringing deep expertise in marketing attribution, cross-channel analytics, media strategy, and complex program management. You'll guide clients through sophisticated measurement strategies, ensure successful platform adoption, and influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own gross revenue retention and net revenue retention goals within your book of business
• Manage day-to-day client relationships across seniority levels for a portfolio of 10+ brands
• Develop strong relationships with clients based on value-add expertise and trusted partnership
• Manage adoption across all stakeholders for products and services
• Provide internal product feedback based on existing and potential client use cases
• Deliver client training curriculum and provide marketing performance reviews
• Design and interpret in-market experiments across addressable media channels
• Provide optimization insights and budget recommendations to turn insights into client value
• Support internal customer success initiatives including engagement models, onboarding playbooks, and product training materials

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with client services management
• Experience in marketing attribution, media mix modeling, in-market experimentation, or other applied marketing analytics
• Familiarity with ad-tech and MarTech platforms, including vendor platforms and third-party analytics tools
• Demonstrated experience deploying, managing, and growing scope of complex engagements focused on marketing measurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Minimum BA/BS or equivalent degree
• Independent decision maker who can take calculated risks and deal with ambiguity
• Takes initiative to improve and try new things
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a strong team environment
• Comfortable with rapid change
