About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential media organization in Austria seeking a Co-Founder to build and scale a new digital platform. This role comes from an established podcast with significant reach in the German-speaking trading and investment community. The vision is clear: transform existing audience engagement into a sustainable, premium digital product.

This is a true entrepreneurial partnership—not a traditional employment arrangement. You'll work remotely with equity participation and build something from concept to commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Transform the existing concept into a market-ready offering: positioning, pricing model, and platform structure
• Build the initial product versions, select appropriate technology, onboard early members, and iterate based on real user feedback
• Lead business development activities including partnerships, distribution channels, and growth strategies
• Manage day-to-day operations of the digital product, including member engagement and retention
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and leverage existing podcast reach without distracting from core content
• Make autonomous decisions and drive the venture forward as a true co-founder

What We're Looking For

• Strong business development expertise: pricing models, target audience analysis, sales, and scaling strategies
• Genuine, demonstrable interest in trading and financial markets—you don't need to be a professional trader, but you must understand the community and its language
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you make decisions independently rather than waiting for approvals
• Structured and reliable work approach, even without formal frameworks
• Ideally, proven experience building a digital product or business from the ground up
• Fluency in German required for this Austria-based opportunity
