LAX National Account Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the team sports equipment and apparel industry. They are seeking a LAX National Account Representative to manage and grow key accounts within the lacrosse market. This remote role requires a sales professional with deep lacrosse experience who can serve enterprise-level organizations with exceptional relationship management and custom product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning
• Maintain daily communication with customers, responding to all emails and messages within 24 hours
• Develop and present quarterly account plans for key customers in collaboration with management
• Partner with customers to create customized logo concepts and product designs that align with their brand standards
• Build and manage online team stores to support fundraising, ordering, and product distribution
• Process bulk customer orders accurately with a target turnaround time of 12 hours or less
• Support accounts receivable efforts by assisting customers through billing inquiries and aging AR resolution
• Participate in professional development opportunities and lacrosse industry events quarterly
• Communicate transparently with customers on both positive updates and challenging issues in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of four years of management and/or sales experience
• Minimum of two years of industry experience in team sports or related field
• Lacrosse experience and product knowledge required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong sales acumen with proven track record in account management
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
• Outstanding communication proficiency across written and verbal channels
• Technical capacity to learn design tools and online store platforms
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
• Customer service orientation with ability to build lasting relationships
• Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be based on your experience, qualifications, and our client's compensation structure. The target range for this role is $60,000–$75,000 annually.
