Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Münster seeking experienced tax and accounting professionals. In this role, you will handle core responsibilities including:

• Preparing financial accounting records, annual financial statements, and tax returns
• Conducting integrated business planning for clients
• Reviewing tax assessments and supporting enforcement advisory processes
• Handling general tax and accounting inquiries
• Providing direct client support and maintaining correspondence with tax authorities and other governmental agencies
• Advising clients on digital business processes, workflows, and data interfaces
• Supporting ongoing project-based advisory services

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed professional training as a tax specialist (Steuerfachangestellter), with additional qualification as a tax consultant (Steuerfachwirt), certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), or specialist assistant for accounting and controlling (Fachassistent für Rechnungswesen und Controlling)
• Proficient use of standard tax and accounting software, including document management systems
• Enthusiasm for direct client contact and a client-oriented work approach
• Proactive working style with strong teamwork capabilities
• Interest in challenging questions and problem-solving
• Comfort with IT systems and digital transformation

This position is available in full-time or part-time arrangements and offers flexible scheduling, including remote, hybrid, and office-based work options. The role includes modern equipment and supports work-life balance and family-friendly policies.
