Wir vertreten eine deutschlandweit tätige Unternehmensberatung, die IT-Projekte für renommierte Großkunden betreut. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT PMO / IT Projektmanager m/w/d mit Fokus auf Governance-Themen im Umfeld regulierter Unternehmen.
Standort: Wiesbaden (50-100% Remote möglich – kein Umzug erforderlich, nur vereinzelte Geschäftsreisen)
Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung im laufenden Betrieb (BAU)
- Erstellen und Pflegen von Projektplänen
- Regelmäßiges Management Reporting
- Vorbereitung von Projekt-Meetings und Erstellung von To-do-Listen
- Nachverfolgung des Projektfortschritts
Was wir suchen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement oder IT PMO
- Versierter Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project und ähnlichen Tools
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in Konzernstrukturen wünschenswert
- Zertifizierungen wie PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL oder ähnliche sind ein Plus
