Senior People Partner

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital healthcare organisation in their search for a Senior People Partner to join their team on a remote basis in the UK.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader, working directly with business leaders to shape culture, grow capability, and drive people decisions that are commercially sound and context-aware.

Strategic Partnership:

• Partner with leaders to understand their goals, challenge assumptions, and influence stronger, more deliberate decisions
• Build leadership capability by equipping leaders to have the right conversations, especially around performance and expectations
• Drive accountability and shape approaches to performance, reward, and recognition that are fair and aligned to business goals
• Provide expert guidance on complex people matters, including underperformance, complaints, employee disputes, and visa requirements across multiple markets
• Anticipate business shifts, identify risks and opportunities early, and shape workforce strategy accordingly

People Operations and Enablement:

• Use data and metrics to support planning, performance management, compensation, and engagement decisions
• Continuously iterate on people systems and processes to make them clearer, leaner, and more scalable
• Own or support delivery of key people programs, including performance and remuneration cycles, engagement initiatives, and audits
• Ensure consistent and impactful delivery across critical touchpoints in the employee lifecycle

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years in a strategic HR Manager or People Business Partner role within a high-performance environment such as tech, high-growth startup, or consulting
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance
• Experience managing direct reports and supporting people leaders across functions
• Proficiency in tracking and interpreting people metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle
• Bonus: familiarity with German or South African employment frameworks
