Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing communications agency in Cologne seeking a Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between creative teams and clients, ensuring brand-appropriate execution of briefs and guiding projects to optimal outcomes within your team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive client management and relationship building
• Ensuring timely delivery of below-the-line marketing campaigns and point-of-sale initiatives
• Planning and conducting research for campaign development
• Budget management and proposal preparation
• Coordinating production requests and overseeing print processes
• Managing projects from concept through final delivery for consumer goods brands

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• Completed degree in Media/Communication Studies, Business Administration with marketing focus, or professional training in advertising
• Several years of experience in an advertising agency or on the brand/client side with consumer goods companies
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility and engagement
• Excellent communication abilities in German and good English proficiency
• Confident use of MS Office applications and common AI tools
• Genuine interest in new media and digital channels
• Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for working with established brands
