Go-to-Market Working Student (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology company in their search for a Go-to-Market Working Student in Berlin. Our client is building intelligent energy optimization solutions that operate across multiple European markets, and they need analytical support to help scale their platform's performance, pricing, and positioning strategy.

This is a working student position (15-20 hours per week) where you'll gain hands-on exposure to how GTM strategy adapts across different countries. You'll work directly with the Go-to-Market Director and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams internationally. Your research and analysis will directly influence real monetization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-market GTM initiatives by collecting, organizing, and validating performance data related to pricing, packaging, and positioning
• Assist in preparing pricing and packaging analyses across markets, identifying patterns, gaps, and regional differences
• Research competitor activities, market trends, and new positioning opportunities, delivering concise summaries for cross-country comparison
• Support unit economics analysis by contributing to the data work behind monetization decisions in different markets
• Coordinate logistics and follow-ups with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders across regions
• Maintain performance dashboards and tracking systems spanning multiple markets to enable quick identification of underperformance
• Take ownership of clearly scoped tasks and small projects from start to finish, proactively communicating when priorities need clarification

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Energy Economics, or a related field
• Available to work 15-20 hours per week alongside your studies
• Genuine curiosity about GTM strategy, pricing, or product strategy in scaling technology companies
• Structured and reliable work style with ability to follow through independently and flag blockers early
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data; eager to develop intuition for numbers and unit economics
• Clear communicator who asks questions and challenges assumptions when needed, even with senior stakeholders
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools, fast-changing environments, and diverse team cultures
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level), both written and verbal
• Additional European languages (German, Italian, Spanish, or others) are a strong plus
• Prior exposure to energy markets or tech/startup environments is beneficial but not required
