Founder’s Associate – Internship or Working Student (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded, mission-driven technology startup based in Munich. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and seeks a Founder's Associate to work directly with the leadership team on strategic initiatives. This role is available as either an internship or working student position.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders on business development initiatives from conception through execution
• Drive process optimization and automation to support scaling operations
• Develop and implement sales strategies alongside the leadership team
• Support strategic projects across various business functions
• Contribute to growth-focused initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment

What We're Looking For

• Digital-savvy professional who approaches new tasks with care, efficiency, and strategic thinking
• Strong independent work ethic combined with clear communication and alignment skills
• Genuine interest in building and scaling digital ventures
• Previous experience in startups, consulting, or venture capital is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich (remote work is possible; office attendance optional)
