Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Berlin, and we're seeking a qualified Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d) to join their team.

In this role, you will:

• Process ongoing financial accounting for multiple clients across various industries
• Prepare VAT pre-registrations (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen) and support tax evaluations
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Communicate with tax authorities and other government agencies on behalf of clients
• Provide reliable day-to-day support and service to assigned client accounts
• Expand your expertise into areas such as payroll accounting or digital bookkeeping processes based on experience and interest
• Utilize modern software and digital workflows to ensure efficient and transparent work processes

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Completed vocational training as a Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d)
• Initial professional experience in a tax advisory office is advantageous but not mandatory
• Genuine interest in numbers, tax matters, and precise work
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ideally experience with DATEV software
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Enjoyment of personal communication and building trusted relationships with clients
• Openness to digital work methods and commitment to ongoing professional development
