Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction materials organization seeking a Human Resources Specialist with a primary focus on recruiting. In this role, you will own the complete candidate journey and serve as the face of our client to prospective employees.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance, including selecting appropriate channels for open positions
• Conduct and facilitate interviews, collaborating with department leaders to select the right candidates
• Plan and oversee onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a successful start
• Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and continuously improve recruitment processes
• Support additional HR functions including employee development and apprenticeship programs

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or vocational training in Human Resources, or comparable professional experience in recruiting
• Demonstrated experience conducting candidate interviews independently
• Foundational knowledge of employment law
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Structured, self-directed working style
• Experience in the construction materials or building industry is desirable
• German language proficiency required for this Vastorf-based position
