About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Junior YouTube Channel Manager to join their content operations team in Berlin. This is an excellent entry point for someone passionate about YouTube and digital content who wants to build a career in channel management and audience growth.
Working alongside experienced content strategists and production teams, you'll support day-to-day channel operations, help launch new content initiatives, and develop practical skills in platform optimization and content performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support management and optimization of established YouTube channels
- Assist with launching new channel concepts and content formats
- Prepare videos for publishing: uploading content, writing titles and descriptions, creating thumbnails, and handling simple edits
- Monitor channel performance metrics and contribute optimization ideas
- Collaborate with acquisition and production teams on publishing workflows
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in YouTube, social media, and digital content creation
- Basic knowledge of YouTube Studio and platform features (personal projects or internships welcome)
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Creative eye for thumbnails and content presentation
- Analytical thinking and curiosity about content performance drivers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good English language skills; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in the role
