IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential German manufacturing organization seeking an IT System Administrator to support and optimize their Microsoft-based IT infrastructure. In this role, you will:

• Manage, maintain, and continuously develop the Microsoft 365 application environment, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Build and expand AI-supported use cases within the M365 ecosystem (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Syntex)
• Ensure data security, compliance, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) within Microsoft 365
• Administer permissions, identities, and interfaces in Entra ID / Azure
• Oversee the IT software and application landscape
• Continuously improve deployed IT services, systems, tools, and processes
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for IT applications
• Create and maintain IT concepts, process documentation, and technical documentation

What We're Looking For

Technical Requirements:

• Completed IT vocational training or degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Experience with data security, compliance, Entra ID / Azure AD, and role/permission management
• Experience designing and operating cloud-based IT application systems
• Experience with global IT projects and international collaboration
• Ability to create technical documentation and IT concepts

• Good German and English language skills, written and spoken
