About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential sustainable food and beverage company based in Berlin. Our talent team is seeking a Working Student for IT Operations to support their growing technical infrastructure across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Support IT setup and maintenance across cafés, office, and warehouse environments, including POS systems, printers, tablets, routers, and embedded devices
- Maintain UniFi networks and internet connections, troubleshooting issues remotely and on-site as needed
- Manage device provisioning, hardware inventory management, and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Document technical setups, fixes, and processes to ensure knowledge accessibility
- Support practical GDPR and information security initiatives, including technical and organizational measures, deletion concepts, access management, and security documentation
- Report to the CTO and collaborate with the technology team
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled at university, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field
- Basic understanding of networks and Linux systems with enthusiasm for learning new technical topics
- Strong independent work skills with excellent organizational abilities and appreciation for thorough documentation
- Experience with UniFi, GDPR, or ISO 27001 is a plus but not required
- Based in Berlin and able to work mainly onsite with willingness to travel between Berlin locations
- Available 20 hours per week across 3 days (Monday to Saturday, flexible scheduling)
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
