Grafikdesigner (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency in Heidelberg seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Design across print and digital formats including advertisements, posters, brochures, social media assets, campaigns, and presentations
• Execute creative concepts from initial sketches through to final print-ready files with meticulous attention to technical specifications
• Prepare professional print materials with proper understanding of formats, bleed, CMYK, color profiles, and special colors
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, clients, and colleagues to transform briefs into polished results
• Actively utilize AI tools for image generation, mockups, variations, and production work to enhance efficiency
• Maintain brand consistency for clients while bringing fresh creative thinking to each project

What We're Looking For

• Formal training in graphic design, media design, communication design, or related field
• Practical agency experience with real-world project delivery
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with particularly strong InDesign skills
• Deep comfort with print production, pre-press processes, and technical file preparation
• Familiarity with digital formats including social media specifications and basic motion design
• Active use of or strong enthusiasm for learning AI tools in your creative workflow
• Organized work style with ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong command of German language for client collaboration
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, professional design work
