Senior Legal Counsel

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential iGaming technology organization seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team in a remote capacity across Europe. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership, commercial transactions, and regulatory strategy across multiple international markets.

Our client operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where legal counsel plays a critical role in enabling business growth while maintaining robust compliance and governance frameworks. You'll work across jurisdictions, supporting commercial negotiations, regulatory alignment, and strategic risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead jurisdictional due diligence initiatives across licensed markets, ensuring regulatory compliance and proactive risk identification
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B commercial agreements with partners and suppliers
• Develop and maintain corporate governance structures, providing strategic counsel to leadership on policy and risk optimization
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Business teams to align legal guidance with commercial goals and product development
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices, translating insights into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
• Provide responsive legal advice on emerging issues to support timely, compliant business decisions

What We're Looking For

• LLB, LLM, or equivalent legal qualification
• 3+ years post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in the iGaming sector (required)
• Demonstrated experience navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks in a B2B context
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
• Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach with high ethical standards
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote, international team environment
