About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the electric mobility sector who is seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) in Product Management to join their team in München. Our client is at the forefront of emission-free energy and mobility solutions, operating in a rapidly growing and innovative market.

This role offers the opportunity to take on responsible tasks within a dynamic environment, with flexible working hours and home-office possibilities. You'll be part of an open, diverse, and international team working on cutting-edge e-commerce and product management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain webshop storefronts, optimizing content, product information, and descriptions within Salesforce Commerce
  • Support the product management team in developing the product portfolio and contribute to building and implementing new storefronts
  • Maintain and verify relevant product and order data in Salesforce Commerce and ERP systems, ensuring high data quality
  • Collaborate closely with product management, implementation, order processing, sales, and support teams, as well as external partners
  • Analyze customer onboarding processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support digitalization and automation of existing workflows, potentially using AI solutions
  • Develop a structured strategy for relevant documentation during and after onboarding, preparing guides, templates, and knowledge content for the online help center using Microsoft applications, Teams, and other digital tools

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Digital Business, Business Administration with focus on Digitalization or E-Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable program
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and enthusiasm for learning new tools and systems
  • Ideally, practical experience in e-commerce, product management, process optimization, or digitalization
  • Affinity for electric mobility and e-vehicles, with interest in digital solutions supporting charging and electric vehicle usage
  • Analytical, structured, and organized working style with enjoyment in independently developing solutions for technical and business challenges
  • Customer-oriented mindset with ability to understand customer needs and develop clear, service-oriented solutions for complex requirements
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
