Senior Growth Manager

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential global production agency seeking a Senior Growth Manager to join their London office. This is a hybrid role supporting new business development and proposal strategy for a leading content production organization.

You'll be the strategic storyteller behind winning pitches and RFPs—leading end-to-end proposal processes, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring every client presentation positions our client's capabilities in the best possible light. This role combines project leadership with strategic thinking, requiring someone who can translate complex operational models into clear, persuasive client-centric stories.

Responsibilities

• Own new business opportunities from brief through submission, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
• Develop cohesive narratives that unify strategy, operations, and creative thinking into compelling client stories
• Articulate operational models and value propositions clearly—demonstrating how they work, why they matter, and their benefit to clients
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client leads to ensure every response has a strong, differentiated narrative
• Coordinate with agency partners and colleagues on multi-agency opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and industry
• Support development of case studies, marketing collateral, and credentials materials
• Maintain the new business content hub with high-quality, on-brand materials
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep positioning sharp and relevant

What We're Looking For

• Advertising or production background strongly preferred
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities—you can connect complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives
• Strategic mindset with the ability to distill complexity into clarity aligned with client needs and business outcomes
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and large content volumes across diverse teams
• Understanding of how production agencies operate and create value for clients
