Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Hamburg seeking a Finance Working Student to support financial operations and administrative processes. In this role, you will assist with processing open items and follow-ups, handle tasks in accounts payable/receivable processing, and help resolve outstanding balances. You'll manage complaints and insurance adjustments while ensuring structured documentation and tracking. Communication with customers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders via phone and email will be a key part of your day-to-day work. You'll document processing statuses and results thoroughly and accurately in company systems, and support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is currently enrolled at a university or college and works with care, structure, and reliability. You enjoy clarifying matters independently and are comfortable picking up the phone to resolve issues. You maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple open tasks simultaneously. Strong proficiency with standard MS Office applications is essential, as are excellent German language skills in both written and verbal communication. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain practical experience in finance-related processes during their studies.
