Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking an IT specialist to support their daily operations. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary internal IT contact for the practice, working alongside external IT partners to ensure reliable system performance
• Provide first-level support as the initial point of contact for colleagues with IT questions and technical issues
• Manage medical applications and systems, with focus on imaging and documentation platforms
• Analyze disruptions, develop practical solutions, and coordinate escalations with external IT service providers when needed
• Support the implementation of new hardware and software as well as internal IT projects
• Oversee IT workstations and digital infrastructure while maintaining visibility on upcoming technical initiatives
• Assist staff with adopting new systems and ensure technical solutions function effectively in daily workflows
• Contribute your own ideas to help continuously improve digital processes and IT structures

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) or comparable IT qualification
• Solid knowledge of IT support and experience working with hardware and software
• Ability to systematically analyze technical problems and work toward solutions
• Experience with medical IT systems is a plus but not required
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and genuine desire to support teammates
• Team player who takes ownership and is eager to actively shape the IT landscape
• Medical background is not required—your IT competence, solution-oriented approach, and willingness to learn medical systems and workflows are what matter most
