Senior Data Consultant (H/F) – CDI – Paris

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data consulting firm seeking a Senior Data Consultant for their Paris office. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data and AI transformation projects with significant autonomy, working either at client sites or from the office under the supervision of senior leadership while mentoring junior consultants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining data and AI strategies for C-level executives across marketing, digital, supply chain, operations, customer support, and IT
• Leading strategic projects including data and AI strategy development, business case creation and valuation, data governance and operating models, use case scoping and deployment, and change management initiatives
• Managing one or multiple project streams, ensuring delivery, identifying blockers, and proposing solutions
• Handling project management tasks including documentation, planning, meeting notes, and status reporting
• Producing high-quality deliverables autonomously: presentations, benchmarks, case studies, workshop decks, and steering committee materials
• Crafting compelling storylines and impactful slide presentations
• Facilitating interviews and workshops with clients
• Building trusted client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Contributing to internal development through offer development, recruitment interviews, and training facilitation

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm
• Dual business and data expertise with genuine curiosity and passion for data-related topics and technological evolution
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in client management with the ability to identify commercial opportunities
• Rigorous and proactive work approach
• Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office and workshop facilitation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (required)
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members
