Role Overview
As Business Development Manager for our Mexico operations, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and executing strategies that accelerate our market penetration. You'll own the end-to-end sales development cycle, from prospecting through closing, working closely with internal teams to deliver measurable results and sustainable growth for Edgeuno.
Core Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Edgeuno's growth objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders across Mexico
- Create and present customized proposals and business solutions to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Track sales pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management
- Deep understanding of the Mexico market or Latin American business landscape
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication abilities in Spanish and English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
