Senior Product Manager – Integration Builder

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to own their Integration Builder product. This is a remote position based in Portugal.

Our client is building an integration ecosystem from the ground up, starting with tooling for internal engineers and evolving toward a marketplace where partners and third-party developers can build, publish, and distribute integrations. You'll shape this product from its inception, defining how integrations are created, tested, deployed, and managed across the platform.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of developer experience, platform strategy, and marketplace design—owning a strategic product that will impact how integrations are built and shared for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Integration Builder, from authoring through deployment and lifecycle management
• Define the integration development experience for internal engineers, partners, and eventually third-party developers
• Design marketplace capabilities that enable integrations to be published, discovered, governed, and managed
• Gather requirements from Forward Deployed Engineers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders, translating them into intuitive product features
• Create workflows that enable rapid development of reliable, production-ready integration connectors
• Collaborate with Product Managers responsible for the underlying Integration Platform and shared developer experience to ensure seamless evolution across products
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and AI teams to deliver outstanding developer tooling
• Develop product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business strategy, and engineering effort
• Analyze product usage and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Stay current with industry trends in APIs, integration technologies, developer tooling, AI-assisted development, and software marketplaces

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Experience managing technical software products, platforms, or developer-facing products
• Proven track record working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions
• Strong product discovery and requirements gathering skills
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in Agile product development environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working successfully in remote, distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with APIs, SDKs, or developer-focused platforms
• Knowledge of integration technologies, API-first architecture, and authentication standards
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or developer tooling
• Familiarity with integration platforms, connector frameworks, or software marketplaces
• Knowledge of AI-assisted software development, developer productivity tools, or AI agents
• Experience working with enterprise software partners or developer communities
