Responsibilities

• Develop modern full-stack applications spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Build responsive, scalable frontends using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Design and implement backend systems with Node.js and Python, including RESTful APIs and system architecture
• Integrate AI tooling extensively into the development workflow to accelerate prototyping, debugging, and refactoring
• Create AI-powered automation tools and intelligent workflows that eliminate manual processes
• Rapidly prototype new product concepts and refine successful experiments into production-ready systems
• Build AI assistants and copilots that enhance productivity for internal teams and end users
• Collaborate directly with leadership to identify high-leverage opportunities where software and AI can deliver measurable business impact
• Stay current with emerging AI models, frameworks, and development tools through continuous experimentation

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong command of both frontend and backend technologies
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks: React, Next.js, TypeScript or equivalent
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, with experience designing scalable APIs and database architectures
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding assistants for software development, debugging, and optimization
• Genuine passion for AI technologies and emerging software development paradigms
• Ability to move quickly, take ownership of projects, and solve complex problems with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, agile environments
• Self-starter mentality with eagerness to experiment and push technical boundaries

Preferred experience:

• Hands-on work with AI platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source language models
• Experience building agent frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, or tool-calling architectures
• Background developing internal platforms, analytics dashboards, or business automation tools
• Startup or high-performance agency experience where shipping quality software quickly is essential
