About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobility technology client in their search for a Regional Sales Director based in California. Our client serves millions of users across North America and Europe with innovative payment solutions.

This is a remote, full-time permanent position reporting to the Director of Sales. You'll be responsible for developing new business, building strategic relationships, and driving aggressive growth in the marketplace as a thought leader and trusted consultant to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract signature, coordinating with implementation teams for successful launches
  • Build and nurture relationships with North American partners to drive revenue growth
  • Support and expand existing key client relationships
  • Actively participate in the RFP process for designated opportunities, collaborating with bid writers and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions
  • Provide transparency to internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery aligned with sales commitments
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to build and execute the overall sales strategy
  • Travel up to 25% within your territory and occasionally internationally for meetings, conferences, and events

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in parking, payments, technology sales, or mobile industry
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with proven ability to own and manage strategic partner and prospect relationships
  • Strong business development background with a consistent track record of hitting sales goals
  • Experience working effectively on fast-paced, creative teams in remote environments
  • B2G (Business to Government) and B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales strategies and create annual business plans
  • Knowledge of various sales tools, techniques, and methodologies to achieve targets and enhance client experience
  • Strong business writing and written communication skills
  • Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Ability to travel as needed to support business objectives

Pay

The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $120,000 USD. Final compensation is determined by the employer based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
