Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated compassion and patience working with individuals requiring support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)
- Physical capability to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
- Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements
- Flexibility to work full-time hours as scheduled
