Join Whataburger as a Restaurant Team Member for our day shift at our Kyle, Texas location (5401 Fm 1626 Ste 500). We're hiring full-time team members to help us deliver the fresh, made-to-order meals and excellent service our customers expect.

What This Role Involves

As a Restaurant Team Member, Day Shift, you'll be a core part of our kitchen and service operations during our busiest hours. You'll work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to food preparation, order fulfillment, and maintaining our high standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Your work directly impacts the experience of every customer walking through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and assemble customer orders according to Whataburger specifications
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and sanitary work stations and food preparation areas
• Follow all food safety and health code requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure orders are completed promptly
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for customers and coworkers
