- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build qualified pipelines, with a strong focus on technical hiring (software engineers, QA, product managers, etc.)
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, professional communities, referrals, events, and creative channels to identify and engage candidates
- Maintain organized processes and updated dashboards within the ATS (Lever), track recruiting metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize hiring outcomes
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement practical improvements that enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring teams
- Support employer brand initiatives, including creating content for social channels and career-related communications
- Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology startup, scale-up, agency, or similar high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven end-to-end recruiting experience with strong cross-functional partnerships across hiring managers and recruiting teams
- Hands-on technical recruiting experience across software engineering, product, QA, and design roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple searches, projects, timelines, and stakeholders
- Proactive, clear communicator who builds trust with candidates and partners while effectively sharing progress, priorities, and risks
- Analytical and action-oriented problem solver who diagnoses issues, recommends solutions, and executes with follow-through
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox or similar sourcing tools, Brighthire, and Lever or another ATS
- Curious and committed to continuous improvement in recruiting skills, tools, and processes, including interest in leveraging AI for recruitment and candidate experiences
- Preference for Toronto-based candidates with interest in occasional office attendance (Thursdays in Yorkville area, no strict mandate)
