Market Access Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential regulatory technology organization that is transforming how medical devices reach patients. Our client has developed a unique platform combining clinical expertise with advanced technology to accelerate certification timelines while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

As their first Market Access Operations hire, you will be the architect of new regulatory pathways. You'll research markets, lead approval applications from concept to first certificate, identify early customers, and build the repeatable processes that enable scale. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, project delivery, and commercial execution—reporting directly to leadership in their London office.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new regulatory approvals and certifications across global markets, assessing commercial potential and recommending prioritization
• Lead end-to-end approval applications, coordinating internal teams, external experts, and regulatory bodies while managing multiple concurrent projects
• Identify manufacturers requiring new approvals, close initial customer deals, and guide them through first-time service delivery
• Design and document repeatable processes, tooling, and knowledge systems that accelerate future approvals
• Transition proven approval pathways to operational teams with complete documentation, decision frameworks, and regulatory relationships

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 3 years in commercial, strategy, or business operations roles, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from idea through successful delivery

Preferred:

• Experience evaluating opportunities through strategic and commercial lenses, producing clear recommendations
• Strong research skills—ability to navigate unfamiliar systems, synthesize incomplete information, and convert findings into actionable plans
• Background building or optimizing operational processes and tools to increase efficiency
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to explain complex topics concisely

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai is based on the client's compensation structure and your experience level. The client has indicated a range of £60K–£90K with equity participation. Final compensation will be determined during the offer stage.
