About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthtech organization based in Paris. They are building innovative preventive health solutions across Europe and need a Finance Operations & Strategy Lead to establish their financial operating system during a critical growth phase.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining financial operations, strategic planning, and process building. You'll work directly with leadership to maintain financial accuracy while shaping company-level decisions through modeling, analysis, and clear communication. This position requires someone who can move seamlessly between day-to-day finance operations and strategic questions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate visibility into cash, runway, revenue, costs, working capital, and unit economics
• Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and budget-versus-actuals reviews with functional leaders
• Build dashboards and reporting that provide leadership with clear performance insights
• Develop financial models for pricing, hiring, market expansion, partnerships, and major investments
• Evaluate business cases and resource allocation across the organization
• Prepare analyses and materials for leadership, investors, and board presentations
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, expenses, and payroll coordination
• Run monthly close processes and ensure reliable, timely financial reporting
• Coordinate with external accountants, payroll providers, banks, auditors, and finance partners
• Establish operating cadence for payments, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance across European markets
• Introduce tools and processes needed for multi-market scaling
• Leverage automation and AI to eliminate repetitive work while maintaining appropriate controls

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting operations, strategy, or a combination
• Background in fast-growing startups, technology companies, or similarly demanding environments
• Strong understanding of cash flow, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Proficiency with AI-powered finance tools and the ability to integrate them into workflows
• Excellent financial modeling skills and ability to turn messy data into clear analysis
• Basic coding knowledge to support automation and data work
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with ability to explain finance to non-financial stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong independent judgment
• Fluent in English and French
• Experience with multi-country European operations, subscriptions, healthcare, or consumer businesses is a plus
• Thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates extreme ownership, and prefers shipping quickly over perfection
