About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing hospitality technology company that is transforming how people discover and experience premium urban spaces. Our client operates across multiple European markets, connecting millions of users with exceptional venues through their digital platforms.

They are seeking a Fullstack Developer to join their Product & Engineering team in Paris. This role offers the opportunity to work on consumer-facing products at scale, contributing across web, mobile, and backend systems that directly impact user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy and monitor product features across frontend and backend systems
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Design from problem definition through to solution implementation
• Break down complex projects into clear increments, estimate work accurately, and communicate dependencies and risks proactively
• Take ownership of production features including instrumentation, monitoring, incident diagnosis and continuous improvement
• Contribute to code reviews, testing strategies, refactoring efforts and technical debt management
• Document technical decisions, share knowledge and help improve engineering practices across the team
• At senior level: plan multi-week projects, design scalable architectures and introduce sustainable engineering practices

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience shipping and owning meaningful product features in a professional environment
• Demonstrated ability to contribute across both frontend and backend development
• Strong experience with React/Next.js or comparable modern frontend frameworks
• Solid backend development experience building APIs and working with data using Node.js or similar stacks
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
• Ability to take features from ambiguous problems to reliable production releases, making pragmatic trade-offs
• Focus on code quality, testing, maintainability and production reliability while maintaining delivery momentum
• Clear communication skills and collaborative approach when working with Product and Design teams
• Autonomous and reliable in distributed team environments, with good judgment about when to seek support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React Native
• Background working on B2C products, marketplaces, mobile applications, or booking/payment flows
• Previous remote work experience
• Professional proficiency in English

Technical Environment:

You'll work across multiple products including consumer web (React/Next.js), mobile applications (React Native), partner platforms and internal tools. The backend uses microservices architecture with NestJS, PostgreSQL databases, and AWS infrastructure managed through Terraform.

Location:

This position is based in Paris, France. Candidates in the Paris region will work hybrid with three days per week in the office. Candidates based elsewhere in France can work fully remote with three consecutive days per month in Paris (first week of each month, Wednesday to Friday).

Pay
