About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential software development organization serving clients across Latin America and the United States. Our talent team is seeking a Backend Developer with strong Node.js, C#, and Azure expertise to join projects supporting both cloud and on-premises environments.
This is a 100% remote position available exclusively to candidates based in Mexico. English proficiency is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and applications
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs and system integrations
- Build solutions using Node.js, C#, and/or Python
- Work with microservices architectures
- Implement and maintain integrations with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Deploy and manage services on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and on-premises environments
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Apply object-oriented programming principles, SOLID design patterns, and software engineering best practices
- Incorporate DevSecOps and security practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
- Hands-on development experience with JavaScript/Node.js, C#, and/or Python
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing APIs
- Working knowledge of microservices architectures
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Solid understanding of both cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Experience with SQL databases including SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Git version control
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and security practices in software development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary teams
- Intermediate English proficiency required
- Must be located in Mexico and available for 100% remote work
