Renewable Energy Head of Commercial (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential venture-building organization, is seeking a Head of Commercial to lead renewable energy initiatives from inception to market validation. You will:

• Lead and execute 0-to-1 commercial strategies in the renewable energy sector
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation
• Architect scalable commercial solutions and drive critical milestones for rapid growth
• Take complete end-to-end ownership of go-to-market strategies without traditional corporate constraints
• Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders
• Position initiatives for institutional backing and potential spin-off opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to remote arrangements
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in renewable energy or related sectors
• Demonstrated experience leading commercial strategies from early stage to scale
• Track record of achieving market validation and commercial traction in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to execute quickly and autonomously with minimal oversight
