Affiliate Revenue Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital media organization in their search for an Affiliate Revenue Manager based in the United Kingdom. Our client operates in the cryptocurrency and blockchain intelligence space, delivering content and analysis to a global audience across multiple markets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine commercial acumen with analytical rigor and content execution. You'll own the complete affiliate monetization cycle—from identifying opportunities and negotiating partnerships to producing content and optimizing performance across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive affiliate revenue by reactivating dormant partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and negotiating exclusive commercial terms that exceed market rates
• Build and scale a new traditional finance affiliate vertical by acquiring and managing forex, CFD, and commodities brokers using CPA and RevShare partnership models
• Expand affiliate partnerships in priority international markets, including Japan and CIS regions, to maximize monetization of high-traffic geographies
• Coordinate affiliate content production and ensure effective integration of affiliate links across editorial content
• Own the affiliate advertising infrastructure, including campaign setup, placements, naming conventions, banner management, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization
• Identify high-value conversion patterns by analyzing placements, traffic sources, audience segments, and geographies, then replicate successful strategies across the portfolio
• Audit, optimize, and improve affiliate placements, funnels, and conversion paths to boost click-through rates and overall performance
• Collaborate closely with editorial and partnerships teams to ensure a cohesive cross-functional content strategy

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3 years of experience in crypto/trading affiliate partnerships, performance marketing, or affiliate business development
• Established network with affiliate managers at leading exchanges, brokers, or crypto platforms
• Hands-on approach to partner negotiations, affiliate placements and analytics, banner management—able to own the process end-to-end
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Proven experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals
• Solid knowledge of cryptocurrency, forex, and traditional finance markets
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Tune/HasOffers, or Awin, and understanding of attribution models
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track EPC, conversion rates, and optimize performance accordingly
• Experience with ad servers (AdButler or similar platforms)
• Basic awareness of SEO principles and driving traffic to content
• Familiarity with WordPress and AI tools for content production
